Traditional cultures demand from men to be strong, powerful, decisive, but modern life with its excessive rules, regulations and overexposure of people’s life and work activities thought a man to skip from explicit decisions, not to take too much of responsibility. In countries with strong ‘féminity’ by Hofstede men are fighting to play female like roles - be carrying fathers to live like chicken with eggs. In countries, where ‘masculinity’ dominates - situation is the opposite: men are still expected to demonstrate their power and status symbols; there is no place for female like men.

But Man With Female Soul exists everywhere. It is just a question of time to give him full rights, to vanish gender stereotypes.
